"Loved the property. Great room and very quiet. One major issue. THE SHOWER its a step in tub, no grab bars and a skating rink floor. I would not let my wife take a shower. My over all tating went from an A to D-. What a shamr"

"I was forced to stay here and couldn't check in early. I waited in parking lot while it started raining so I had to pay a 40$ fee on top of the 3rd party charging my card for reservation I made the late in the night."

"Great place! All that we needed and convenient to the interstate. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Room was clean. Breakfast was typical of Hampton Inns, but good! All around happy with our stay."

"We always enjoy the Drury and their Kickback and breakfast. The stuffed pepper soup was amazing. Unfortunately, we tend to travel during the middle of the week, so add getting a bit tired of the midweek menu. Perhaps mixing it up some might be good?"

"The room was very clean. The workers were very pleasant, but they put us in room 129 which is the last room right beside of the back exit and everybody has to go out the back. Exit to smoke because it’s a non-smoking establishment. So all night long whether someone coming or going or smoking or whatever every time that door opened I heard it. I am a very light sleeper and I did not get any sleep. The back of the building smoking area was like a revolving door that never stopped."

"Black.mold.i. fridge trim stained sheets even agter getting diff sheets . Was told thats all they had. What hotel gives has only stained sheets. Bath tub did not drain. Lights out in room.Would never recommend them."

"Beautiful hotel in the heart of Hamilton and a rich history, as well. Staff was professional and helpful. Our room was beautifully appointed and spacious...we will be back!"

"Parking was great and the breakfast was great as well. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Hotel is a little older but clean. There is also lots of restaurants in the area and a grocers store. It’s close to the freeway. Only down side was the pool not open."

"There was no hot water in the room, so it was even difficut to wash your face let alone shower! The pool was closed. On Friday, there were no eggs and 4 sausages in the breakfast buffet. On Saturrday, the orange juice was only water. No staff was available to complain or correct the problems. I was told that the bill would be adjusted but they charged full price - $250 a night! And, I believe they have bed bugs in room 103. Both my husband and I had several bites that itch!! I treated...

"The hotel itself as well as the staff was fine. The room. We were in was AWFUL!! There was mold or mildew and it smelled. Our eyes were swollen in the morning. Every time you leave then come back the room smell over powers you. We were in room 228. So If you're gonna stay, maybe ask for a room on a different floor. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. But the mold/ mildew/ stale smoke smell made it miserable! I was so happy to check out and not have to walk back I to that room!"

"What I liked best was the price and the staff. What I didn't like is they advertise they have a pool. The pool was disgusting and not useable. Also on Sunday they ran out of eggs"
