"Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Our room had mold in the shower, dusty floors, and the vent was full of lint and debris. The hallway carpets were also noticeably dirty and looked like they needed a deep cleaning. The waterpark was the highlight - the kids had a great time! However, they seemed short-staffed, so not all of the attractions were open during our stay. Hubby and son got stuck on the raft slide luckily my 4yr old was willing to try it out...

"Great place to sleep before or after going to the park. Very close to the main entrance"

"It’s a smaller water park. The noise from the room above us was unbearable. We reported this issue several times and I’m not sure if they ever contacted the guest above us about the noise. Lazy river was also closed during our stay ( Sat & Sun) it’s a smaller park so when something is closed it makes a difference."

"When taking a shower, the water was lukewarm. The property really could use some updating. It was kind of a dissapointment being this was a Wyndham prpoerty."

"We liked the accommodation. It was central, clean, and nice."

"Place needs a serious renovation…everything from peeling paint and wallpaper to torn upholstery on almost every chair in the bar/restaurant."

"Although this hotel has quite a lot of character, it lacks the amenities of a modern hotel in which people have come to expect. The rooms badly need an upgrading. On a positive note, the front desk staff as well as the bar staff were excellent."
