"Lady at front desk who checked me in was amazing. Waterpark lifeguards very rude for it to be kid friendly staff is not very friendly when it comes to the kids staff at dance party. Also not very friendly with the kids check check out lady also rude. We don’t recommend this place especially if you have toddlers. Waterpark slides were closed most of our stay. I won’t go back ."

"The property was listed as pet friendly on Expedia, which was the primary reason I booked it. Pets not allowed. Expedia contacted the property manager regarding the discrepancy, and despite my providing screenshots clearly showing the property advertised as pet friendly, the refund request was denied.
This was extremely disappointing customer service, especially given that this was a mid-week, off-season reservation with very low likelihood that the room would have otherwise been occupied. At a minimum, a courtesy refund or room credit would have been a reasonable and customer-focused resolution in light of the inaccurate listing information. "

"A very convenient hotel off Hwy 2 and very reasonable for the price. The room was very comfortable and their breakfast was excellent. It was within walking distance to several good restaurants and will definitely stay here again when in the area."

"The hotel was beautiful up front however we got a room in the back elevator didn't work ,our room was questionable enough I had zero confidence in trying the breakfast and we must have picked a bad weekend because there was kids running around the halls hollering playing and people out partying in the parking lot blocking one side and cops blocking the other side all in all a chaotic stay in an uncomfortable room will definitely stay away from comfort inn for future travels. "
