"Very clean & right off turnpike"

"I love the separate living room area from the bedroom and it was such a large space for everyone plus the animals"

"It was very very dirty. There was animal hair all over the room. There was something brown stuck to the box spring. There were mold and mildew all over the tub and window. There was also animal hair in the bathroom and the bottom of the tub was stained. I also saw a roach in the bathroom. And if you see one roach there are more. I am not picky and I know the difference between old and worn and dirty and this was dirty."

"It was nice to enter a clean room and have Dove shampoo/conditioner and soap -- it smells good. In addition, the towels had a more fresh smell instead of the typical hotel towel smell (if you know what I mean)???"

"Room size was great and the breakfast and pool did not disappoint. The only complaint would be the neighboring rooms dog barking at all the wrong times."

"The staff is ultra friendly and helpful. The room was decent. Carpet could use a shampoo so it doesn't smell in humid weather. The breakfast was a little underwhelming the first day but it improved the next day. Hot waffles and bacon is always nice. I love the 12 noon checkout. The staff was the best part of the stay. They are a compliment to the property. I felt very welcome."

"This property is in very bad condition the staff is very unhelpful idk how they have good reviews. BLOODY TOWELS!! Every single towel, sheet, curtains had either satins or rips. Our room was so dirty and smelled awful. We paid for non smoking and got a smoking room. It’s 3 floors with no elevators so keep that in mind of traveling with kids or older adults. They accept animals so one day it rained and there was a man with a huge dog and the stairwells smelled like wet dog for 2 days before...

"Had to switch our first room because of heavy smoke smell and bathroom door wouldn’t open fully. Second room better but bathtub filthy and floor tiles cracked and toilet ‘spit’ water when flushed. I would not consider these rooms suites as they are very small with 2 full size beds with hardly any room to get around them and a fold out couch which was actually a very comfy bed. Pool towels were never stocked. Had to ask for everything. Gone the whole day and room still wasn’t cleaned. Breakfast...
