Positives - room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good.
Areas needing improvement - pool was out of order and our room had two lights out. The entryway light wasn't working and the dial was broken for the bathroom heat lamp so that wouldn't turn on. Plus the drain plug was missing from the sink.
We've been going here for years. The pool was a huge disappointment because it's something my daughter always looks forward to on our annual trip. It should have been stated on the website especially since it's been out of order for months. The maintenance issues with the pool and in the room really should be addressed. It gives the appearance that the hotel is going downhill. We were pleased with the cleanliness and comfortable bed. We were glad that the breakfast was as good as it always had been. We're on the fence about returning again next year vs trying somewhere else. If the pool is fixed, we may return. If not, we'll probably try somewhere new.
