"The hotel was VERY welcoming! Breakfast was wonderful, the rooms were clean (even the hallway smelt clean). There’s pharmacy right next door. Restaurants across the street. A pet store up the street and a mini supermarket. Highly recommend!!!! "

"The room toilet was not working properly. In addition, it wasn’t set correctly and too close to the wall. The elevator was broken and therefore only one elevator was working. This happen last time I stayed here. They always have an excuse why it’s broken. It’s a pattern. The pros are, excellent breakfast and great staff. Bell staff is great. "

"Andrea was in charge at the register, she couldn’t comprehend how to do anything she couldn’t find my reservation and was extremely rude telling me that she’s the owner of the hotel and she can do whatever she wants and talk to anybody however she wants. They gave me a better room this time still no AC but at least I had warm water to take a shower no hole above the grade this time so nobody can look down upon me while showering. My only concern is how guest are treated with staff who is disrespectful. "
