They staff was very nice, the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was delicious with a lot of options, the price included the transportation to the airport which was very convenient. I think the furniture in the room was very outdated but otherwise it’s I had a great experience.

If you go to Bogota, this hotel is the place to stay. My wife and I will stay there again anytime we go to Bogota. The service from this place and the people there, especially breakfast, was amazing. Definitely the place to stay in Bogota.

Nice location, surrounded by other big name hotels. Area is very safe. Several restaurants within a 2 minute walk and 2 convenience stores within a 2 minute walk. The hotel has someone at the front that will call a cab for you 24 hours a day. We tried the Bar, great selection. Breakfast was amazing, huge variety. Steak and Salmon dinner was fabulous. The spa is small but clean and beautiful. It is about 25-30 minutes from the airport and about 25-30 minutes from the plaza, most of the museums, 20 minutes from the Titan mall (huge). Know Spanish or have a phone app to translate. Great place to visit. Download the Uber app before you visit and make sure that you have international calling set up on your phone for the time that you're going to be in the country.
