"Pleasant hotel in the center of town. Great service and comfortable rooms! "

"L'établissement est bien situé tout près de la gare ferroviaire et de l'embarcadère des bateaux; c'est pratique pour la visite des Cinque Terre et les autres sites de la côte ligurienne; Portofino, Portovenere, Gênes; nous n'avons pas eu besoin d'utiliser notre voiture. Mais surtout, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse de tout le personnel de l'hôtel et son incroyable disponibilité pour satisfaire tous nos désirs. Si nous revenons dans la région, nous retournerons dans cet hôtel....

"La llegada fue muy fácil. Entrar a la propiedad y ver todo lleno de flores, es una villa hermosa. No hay elevador pero no importa. La atención de Nadia y la dueña de la villa es espectacular. El buffet totalmente casero, tradicional de Lavagna, probamos lo local. Las habitaciones grandes y hermosas, aire acondicionado (se agradece por el calor). Súper bien ubicado, a 5 min del centro histórico y a 10 del mar, donde cenamos en el Delfín Verde. "

"An excellent property, good location, we took a bus from the train station to property, then took a boat to Portofino. Very good service, as we have to leave early next day before breakfast time, the staff prepared carrying out breakfast for us and arranged taxi for us. We highly recommend this property."

"What a fabulous hotel! Location is perfect for travelling around Liguria, with the ferry boat only 2 minutes walk. 10/10 for cleanliness and maid service. The room was nicely furnished and had a beautiful terrace overlooking the harbour. Breakfasts had a good selection of deli, fresh fruits and yoghurts. What made this hotel truly special was the staff. They could not do enough for us, and made our stay memorable! Will definitely be returning!"

"Lovely hotel in the traditional Italian Riviera style. Staff could not have been more helpful. Food and service were excellent. Only criticism was the lack of a shuttle service to the centre of town which, given the position of the hotel on top of a hill, the high cost of local taxis and the high temperatures, made it difficult for older customers or those with mobility difficulties."

"Beautiful property, stylish and comfortable rooms, gorgeous views and the amenities were great. Piano player in the evening was a highlight and so was the beach. Highly recommend. "
