"Everything was great, BUT the water pressure was the worst and the hot water ran out fast. We were on the 1st floor. The staff was cordial but not overly friendly, but to their defense, they were solo and perhaps a tad overwhelmed when we arrived at 9 pm. The hotel was booked with soccer players."

"The hotel is in a great location for walking old Sacramento. That was the high point. It’s literally right off the highway. The highway is loud from the location, if you’re bothered by noise. They have breakfast, but it’s coffee, a few muffins and bagels only. The property is being renovated, they started work on that very early in the morning. If you’re looking for a no frills easy place to stay while exploring the city, this is the place."

"After having a rough experience with my airline (flight cancellation), my disposition changed from poor to good with my experience at this local Hyatt House. They offered a shuttle to and from the airport. From the shuttle drivers to the front desk to the bartender..everyone was pleasant. I enjoyed the food and especially the checkout at noon (not sure if this is a California thing)? I would 100% stay here again as it made my 24 hour flight delay more bearable. I stayed 5/10/26 to 5/11/26."

"After reading some reviews I was iffy but all my worries went away once we got there. Check in was quick and easy. Receptionist warned us that there are no elevators which wasn’t a problem for us as it’s only 2 floors. "We stayed here for a weekend getaway, and everything about our experience was excellent. The entire facility was very clean — even the hallways were spotless without a single piece of trash on the floor.
We booked an Executive King Suite, and the room was impressively clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
The staff truly made our stay memorable. Everyone we interacted with was cordial, respectful, and extremely helpful. Their professionalism and kindness stood out.
