"It was pretty good overall only few flaws,specifically the breakfast."

"The room was pretty good, nothing extra. The breakfast was good. The main lobby and hallways, however, had an odor of incense everywhere you went. I was thankful the room did not smell the same or we would not have stayed."

Staff was very friendly love the layout and design of the hotel but the restaurant and bar was not open or available during our stay which was weird because we arrived early in the day and we did have some brown spots or rust in the tub but besides that everything else was great. came down to visit LSU for my daughter orientation and it was the perfect location and I would stay there again. hopefully next time we can try the restaurant because I heard it was a really good...

"Did not like not given at least 2 bottles of water free upon arrival. I'm not paying $6 for the water into room. Why is there no water pitcher in the lobby like most hotels"

"Everyone was so nice and welcoming from the moment we got there. Very good customer service. The room was nice and clean. It’s close to a lot of places and walking distance to restaurants which makes it nice since the hotel doesn’t have its own parking lot and we did valet parking. "While the room was clean and nice, the front desk person was not polite at all and just had a bad attitude. I don’t have super high expectations but being in the front, you’d expect basic customer service skills. The room didn’t have any robes / slippers which was kind of disappointing also. They would really benefit from adding full body mirror as well. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, I also liked the AC and how you could adjust if needed.
