"This place was perfectly adequate in every way. There are; however, train tracks right behind the property. Our toddler loved watching the trains, but it wasn’t exactly quiet. Parking was super easy and there’s a nice grocery store less than a 4”5 minute walk. Convenient to get to the train!"

She could tell me the hotel was closed for winter but she had an other hotel in town called Hotel Platani Bolsena. We chose the first hotel to sit on the balcony with a drink overlooking the lake in the sunset. The sun went down and we ended up in ordinary rooms at a doll hotel with veer bad breakfast. "Excellent location facing the lake. Love the old charming characters of the entire building from the lobby to the room and hallways. Biggest and heaviest keychain as well as an old style safe key are rare seen nowadays. One night unplanned stay from a pit stop became our favorite. Highly recommended!"

"We stayed one night. Unique location - no concerns. We enjoyed the spacious updated bathroom. Minimal contact with staff. Very quiet. Limited amenities. We did take ourselves on a little tour of historic rooms in the building. Would have appreciated if there was more signage/explanations of the history of the building."
