"I guess you get what you pay for. I know it’s summer but there shouldn’t be ants in a hotel room. If we were in a cabin in the woods, then okay, I can see why that would happen. The ants were living in the crack between the wall and the floor, I killed so many. They told me they treated the area but then I woke up to ants on and around the bathroom sink. The staff were nice and tried to help but again, I guess this is a good lesson in you get what you pay for. Great convenient location to Univ...

"Turkey bacon is not bacon, the only thing that was wrong with the stay. I am not sure if this was normal, but please use real bacon, otherwise Home 2 is definitely in my top 5 places to stay. Fireplace was an amazing touch."

"The bathroom smelled like mildew and the washcloths looked too brown instead of white like they should. The room was small compared to other Extended Stays I have stayed with and there was no coffee maker in the room at all. "

"The room odor was horrible, so the front desk associate decided to show another room on the 3rd floor— no better. There were bugs on the floor and on the A/C unit. So I requested a refund, was told that the manager was out for the night and to call in the morning. I was given an initial refund for the room deposit the same night I left. But, was declined my refund the following day — so I’m disputing the charge with my bank. Horrible 30 mins experience. Get a real hotel. This one is dirty."
