"The room was very nice, however the draperies were a problem. They were motorized and the remote was not working. A staff closed them by standing on a stool and forcing them closed. At midnight they opened automatically, waking us up as the bright lights from outside were certainly not conducive for sleeping. The same problem happened the following night. This was very disturbing and would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"The Staff here was so helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself is a little outdated our AC didn't work all that well and the breakfast was just okay and very minimal no fresh fruit canned fruit and the flavored creamer was empty. The room was clean, but the property needs a face-lift."

"The room was nice, but the breakfast was not edible and there is no additional food service othee than reheated meals. The coffee was nice. While checking out, there was a clearly drugged (I would assume fentanyl) man in the elevator. I requested help from the staff and he was removed, but he was able to get into the hotel unnoticed by the staff. A less than optimal experience, to say the least."

"This place is a JOKE. They won't give you clean towels or any kind of house keeping until you are there for 14 days. I was there 11 days and had to wash my towels in the laundry room at $6 a load twice and take out my own trash every other day. There are no ammenities in the room. No blow dryer, iron, not even 1 cup...nothing. The staff was also extremely rude. My key kept on not working. 3 days in a row I had to walk 4 flights of stairs twice because I would get to my room and the key didn't...
