No elevator meaning we had to lug our suitcases up a flight of stairs, wall air conditioning barely worked it became extremely hot in the middle of the night, no iron, free breakfast was cereal and oatmeal, there was no staff to call after 10 PM, and when we checked out no one again to talk to. Seriously, we paid less to stay in way better hotels in Telluride, Aspen, and Manitou Springs. Don’t stay here?"

There's a breakfast but only runs until 9am even on weekends and the checkout time is 10am which seems early. There's no elevator, so that may be a consideration for older/disabled. No gym, pool or frills but comfortable beds, fridge, microwave and well located, though not really in-town as the website purports. There's a great restaurant, Coyote Moon, just next door. No pets allowed. I would stay here...
