The staff was not courteous. The 4x's i went to the front dedk, there was no one there & I had to wait till some one showed up.
I understand that there's on going renovations, but I was in the 3rd flr, the noise in the hallway was loud.
The back elevator made loud creaky noise both up & down.
The parking lot needs to be repaved.
The signage to the hotel needs to be better visable both ways, there are too many signs around the hotel. The driveway to the hotel is shared w/another hotel, leading to our hotel, passing through their guest parking.
The waffle machine was a hit w/my granddaughter. The dining area was very nice. We enjoyed the breakfasts. The hotel is located in an area that is very convenient to restaurants, etc.
Our room was comfortable. I liked the TV size & the clock/usb instrument, refrigerator amenities.
The location of the bathroom light switch?
This was strange...I purchased 3 bottles of water @ the front desk--$12. The Desk Clerk pulled money out of her pocket & gave me change & put my $20 in her pocket...did not offer a receipt.
While I liked the room & breakfast...I'm not sure I'd stay there again when in Columbia.
