"Our room was 80 degrees. We couldn't figure out the thermostat and two different staff took over a half hour to figure it out while my wife was in bed exhausted from travelling. Also one reason we chose to stay here was the restaurant (Numa) but it was closed which was not clear in the booking information. Not open Monday or Tuesday."

"Friendly receptionist, hadn’t expected there to be a pool, room met the description with a kitchenette and a balcony, really good complimentary breakfast. Handy for the Hop and Hog which we’d recommend."

"Room was very clean, beds comfortable, many personal amenities. Breakfast was very good with both cooked and fresh choices. Both the pub and restaurant offered a great menu! Only disappointment was there was no coffee service or refrigerator in the room."

"The girls at reception were very helpful ,one was Brenda and cant remember the name of the other girl. They gave us a free upgrade so as to avoid us being close to highway and allowed the use of the freezer to keep some fish frozen that I was bringing up to our daughter in Vernon. As for the breakfast ,I thought it was pretty bad .. al warmed up frozen stuff and using throw away cutlery and plates etc I thought was not very enviro friendly"
