"This super 8 was close to restaurants on Main Street! The bed was comfortable and appeared to be somewhat new and not old! The room was updated and dated at the same time! If you’re traveling and wanted to stay the night this wasn’t a bad place to stay! Especially for $150 CAD. "

"What an amazing motel in beautiful sicamous!!! It’s family/ dog friendly or if you’re needing a spot for the night along your travels. The heated pool was a hit for the whole family, young and old!!! There is laundry facilities, as well as bbqs that are very well maintained!! The room was very clean and was very spacious. You will meet the owner along the way, himself and his staff are welcoming and there for any of your needs or questions. Will definitely be heading back next year!!!!!"

"We were pleasantly surprised! It’s an older motel that’s been renovated nicely, with small but functional spaces, and a well equipped kitchen. Bed was SUPER comfortable which was the most important thing for me, and the bedding was soft unlike in a lot of hotels where everything feels crispy. The owner was really friendly too. Will definitely choose this place again next time we are in Golden!"
