"Check in is at 4pm! We didn’t get our room keys till 5:45pm! Hotel smells in the hallways. A/c units in the rooms are very old and LOUD. Hotel needs a major update for the rates they offer. They provided a courtesy breakfast after I complained about the delay in rooms. But it wasn’t being offered for the inconvenience. "

"Room wasn't clean upon arrival, little things such as a bread tie were next to the bed and dust all over. Bathroom was clean however the shower leaded onto the floor causing issues. Noise and parking weren't a problem and the staff was nice, it just wasn't my favorite place I've stayed. "

"The room was terrible with little windows and yiu couldn’t see out as there was so much moisture in the glass. The parking situation is terrible to have to walk through the alley because need key access but don’t get that until you check in "

"Have to pay $12 a night just to park in their own parking lot. That's absolutely ridiculous!!!!! Not happy with that charge, and they do NOT tell you that until you check in "

"The hotel was very clean, updated, convenient to many places, rooms were nice and spacious. We had an event at the convention center and it was the perfect location and cost half the price as staying right next to the convention center-a 5 minute commute if that. Will definitely use next year!"

"Nice quiet Stay, friendly staff. Our TV wasn’t working and staff got it fixed for us pretty quickly. The room was clean and pretty big. The bed was really comfortable."

"Overall just a really bad experience. In town for a graduation party and invited a surge group to the hotel for drinks but everything was locked up. No management on property and they said it opens at 4. That actually means 5:30 then they still closed at 9. Will not show pictures but coffee pot was missing pieces and trash on the floor when we arrived. Super sad because it really messed up our plan A."

"The desk staff was attentive and welcoming Clifford was enthusiastic and kind, and was helpful in giving us walking directions to CVS that took us though a beautiful park- much better route than shown on maps app. The entire facility was clean and our room was well- appointed. Bathrooms were spacious and clean. We did not use the pool, but we did use the fitness room, and unfortunately, all of their three treadmills were out of order, so my girls used the Peleton bike and free weights. While the location was convenient to the Convention Center, where we attended a tournament on Sunday, and many good restaurants along High, there is only valet parking closest to the hotel, which I did not notice of see when booking. This is consistent with many of the local hotels. It cost me $60 for parking for 24 hours ($45 for overnight and additional $15 to stay through day for the tournament we were attending). I did not know that Sunday is park free day near the local park, and I wish I had moved my car before paying the extra $15. The street parking was limited due to additional construction in the area. Also, we had a room that faced the exterior and it may* have been graduation weekend at OSU because there were parties (we think outside) going on outside our window until 3 AM, so we were unable to sleep. I only mention this because if you’re traveling for business and need to be well-rested ask for an interior room. It is an active area. I wish I would have moved rooms."
