"The hotel looks nothing like it does online, it’s run down. The window was cracked in the living room area. One of the rooms in our suite was missing the television and our kitchen didn’t come with any cooking utensils. When we brought up the missing television and cooking utensils we were told it’s nothing they could do because they didn’t have any other televisions and wouldn’t offer any other accommodations. It felt very “bait and switch”. We booked and paid for a more expensive, quiet, room and ended up at a high rise, party hotel. "Our experience was fine, I did not like the fact that they asked us to take the trash out, and there was not a trash can close, so my boyfriend had to walk around 10 minutes trying to find it. I think this should be included in the cleaning fee. The room was “clean” but if you’re allergic to dust, this is not a good place to come because the windows had dust, and some lamps. The parking spot was good"
