"Within 2 hours of checking in. I got locked out of my room. Metal lock part at the top of the door catch on the door when closing. The security guard couldn’t do anything but give me a “emergency room” for the night. Didn’t have a charger or clothes. Next day I had the option to stay in the same room or get a new one. "We have stayed with this group before so we knew what to expect. The condo was very clean, the furniture (and bed) was comfortable. The kitchen had the few necessities we needed for our stay. The only issues we encountered were that the remote in the bedroom had dead batteries, and that there were not 2 bedside tables in the bedroom so we had to improvise by using our cooler.
