"The only “issue” I had with our room was the bathroom setup. The shower & toilet were separate from the sink, but to close the door you basically had to stand in the shower. It was extremely tight. And there was no exhaust fan. Just poor layout. If you’re a larger person you’re going to struggle maneuvering around."

"The staff went above and beyond meeting the needs of everyone. The lobby was full when we arrived with lingering guests who seem to enjoy the “kickback.” The manager checked on every guest running to and fro grabbing bandaids for a little girl, a box fan for my sister and I, and literally more than just the basics. She wanted every guest to feel comfortable."

"I was invited to write a review of how things were shortly after I checked in. " so they can address any issues" and improve my stay. I wrote about some issues and got no acknowledgment, nor was the shower gel refilled in my room, and the sink drained slower every time I used it. Front desk staff was rude for the most part. There were a couple of instances where they weren't out and out rude, but completely indifferent and detached. It was a weird vibe for the hospitality industry. There was an...
