"Check-in staff was WONDERFUL, thick layer of dust in the bathroom due to recent work being done on the shower. Bathroom was subsequently cleaned, but we waited approx 1 1/2 hours for arrival of person who cleaned it, not wanting to leave the room until he arrived and it was done. That evening we took the kids to the pool and after about an hour, a large group of teenage boys arrived and began rough-housing, effectively taking over the pool and making it impossible for the smaller kids to play. This was disappointing, since the entire reason for the stay was for the kids to enjoy the pool. This morning, at breakfast, the waffle batter was watery and did not make a waffle. In all the problems (except the teenagers in the pool) the staff was notified and promptly took care of the issue. There were more problems than I usually encounter during a stay, but the staff did their best and resolved all the issues they were made aware of, The staff were SUPERSTARS!!!!"
