"I've been staying at the property for quite some time now. Most of the staff at the property are very friendly and helpful. I don't know the name of this staff member. She's dark hair, raspy voice and walks with a walker. She's not the friendlist person. We were able to book our stay for today and pay at property finally but this person told my husband that the property was booked when in fact it's not."
"I am a 70-year-old woman with a walking disability an find it difficult to climb stairs. I requested a rom downstairs and was denied the room. I was told the rooms was for overnight stay. The room was clean. Staff was friendly especially the cleaning lady. Did not require laundry service. In the room there was something that looks like a bench when I went to sit on it, it fell down because it was broken and was just propped up on the wall"
