If I could give negative stars, I would. We rented 2 rooms for a busy Expo weekend. At check-in, the hotel wouldn’t accept that we had already paid through Expedia, demanding that we provide a credit card. Every other place was full, so we had no choice. They charged that card but said that the card was declined, and said that we needed another form of payment. So we gave them another card, which they also charged. We found out the next day that both payments went through and we were paying triple for these rooms. When we complained, staff said the couldn’t help us, but the manager was never ‘available.’ After we left, the manager finally called me back, was incredibly rude, and then proceeded to charge my credit card a 4th time. I’m still disputing charges through my credit card. Also, we rented 2 rooms for the weekend, and both rooms were filthy. The second room had something wrong with the plumbing, so that water rushed out from under the tub every time we turned on the shower, flooding the room. So the people in that room had to come to the first room to shower. The shower in the first room took 30 minutes for the water to get warm. The rooms both had dirt and hair throughout, as though they hadn’t been cleaned in a while.
