There was remodeling going on in other areas but didn't affect us at all. Room was remodeled and very nice. Had everything we needed, Breakfast was also very good. I have a lot of dietary restrictions and this was the first place in a long time that had things I could actually eat. Will definitely stay again. If I had to think of any improvements it would be that my pillows were way to soft and squishy. Lol! Other than that, it was a wonderful stay!

The stay was good, clean room, pool, small exercise room with working equipment, and hot breakfast. The one thing I would change about the room was the shower head, it was barely any water pressure. I booked through Expedia since it was last min and needed to be by the hospital for my family but unsure how long. I prefer Hilton since I’ve worked there and respect the company. However since I booked through Expedia I couldn’t change the departure date, even at check in.

Although the staff was friendly, they didn't seem to know their job at check-out. The facility is undergoing a massive remodel. It would have been helpful to know this going in. We were placed in room 215. there were 4 construction workers on the hall with a loud radio. The construction noise was very noticeable and as right outside our door at one point. I attempted to call the front desk but our room phone did not work. We didn't complain as we decided to wait until we came back from dinner to see if the workers would still be there. Thankfully they were gone for the night. We did not have hot water due to a water leak until 9:00 pm. Also, there was a fire alarm at 3:ooish am. The room was very clean with fresh carpet that was still tacky from installation. A little heads up about construction when booking would have been helpful.

when attempting to check in, I was advised that the payment from Expedia was being declined. I paid Expedia when I booked the room and did not want to pay again.
