"Elevators were broken and I was on the third floor . I am 70 years old with luggage . Too many stairs !!!"

"The woman at the front desk was excellent. The lobby was clean and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately our room was not properly cleaned we found a plastic bottle cap and a pair of socks on the floor. The carpet looked like it needed to be vacuumed. The enamel was coming off of the bathtub."

"Great service"
