"Checked in and the lady up front charged me again after I already paid on hotels.com.
I told her I had a pet so she charged my credit card for that, and then again charged me for the room. I. told her about the double charge and she shook her shoulders like I don’t care and said it will drop off. I told her that is not right. Eventually after coming back to the hotel after check out Christine made it right and did the refund.
The air conditioning in the rooms barely work so it was hot in the rooms. Floors were dirty in the rooms after looking at my bare feet walking around the room. Also breakfast was in a box up front consisted of muffins and coffee. May need to consider another hotel for the price."
"Our room was non-smoking, but smelled sooooo bad of smoke. The breakfast was just dry cereal, oatmeal, and apples. I chose this place over other budget options because the breakfast was decently reviewed. The pool looked nice and clean but there were locks on all the gates, I don't think it was open. Room was clean and the housekeeping guy was really nice. It was nice and quiet - I think it was pretty much empty. I wouldn't stay there again."
"The Hotel and Hotels.com did not comunicated that the pool was not working and that was a significant part of the reason to chose this expensive hotel. We were planning to stay for 3 nights and we ended up staying only 1 night and did an early checkout, no manager on sight during the weekend to talk to, and so far they have refused any kind of reimbursement for the nights we did not used. I would not recomend staying at this property."
