"Our stay was good. Staff are really helpful, they just smile to you especially the ones working in the kitchen. The cleanliness, good, especially in the activities areas. "Gym music until 11pm and from 7am on a Sunday and so loud sleep is impossible. I could even hear it through headphones. Staff were aware of this being an issue but no attempt to turn the music down and I wasn't allowed to move rooms so I left early. Really disappointing - what's the point of a hotel ..."

"We reserved two accessible rooms which were excellent, both had A/C (as it was very hot in the June heatwave ) We had a lovely evening meal and the staff were very helpful and friendly."
