"Clean room parking is good area is not great but staff was very friendly, all of them. Breakfast is not great just muffins yogurt and coffee. Overall it’s 100% worth the money this is not an overpriced hotel it’s not upscale but it gets the job done it’s not terrible comfy rooms and beds with good AC would 100% stay again."

"Had a brief but wonderful stay at Populus. Steps (or a 15min walk) away from all the great Seattle spots. The property is gorgeous and Zen-like with plants everywhere (watch out for the mosquitoes) and a beautiful library, music room, restaurant, cafe, rooftop—the whole property is impressive. "We had a nice room with a view. We watched the 4th of July fireworks from it. I found it convenient to shop and see Seattle’s attractions. It was clean, it’s restaurants were good, and I could get Starbucks drinks there which is a big plus."

"Was actually quite pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I had originally booked it because it was one of the cheaper rates compared to a few other nearby hotels. Ended up liking this place better than one of the nearby Hyatt properties I also stayed at on this trip. "Both elevators were broken all 3 days of our stay. We heard MULTIPLE people yelling for help because they were trapped inside. After getting trapped ourselves, we started taking the stairs. 4 flights! Ridiculous this was not fixed and employees didn’t seem concerned."

"Nice little place to stay about 12mins drive outside of main downtown area. I uber/lyfted easily. I would not recommend walking around by the house, there were some weird people out. But if you just get picked up and dropped off, you’re good. The house was very clean. I didn’t spend any time in the kitchen/living room, but there’s a full fridge for anyone to use.
