"The AC did not cool past a certain point, but was good enough. The staff seemed kind of careless. Didn't get a welcoming vibe from them. The wifi comes and goes. The water they offer is outside so it's always warm and dusty. Half the building is still under construction. The new concrete rooms look like a cold, gray, bunker. "We really enjoyed our stay here in early December. The room decor was lovely and the beds were on opposite end of an L shape so it was great for sharing with a friend. The pool was lovely, location excellent, staff very friendly, and just a really nice ambiance and view of the trees and flowers.
