"Good value, but the bed was not comfortable "

"Parking was adequate, unless you arrive after 10pm. Room was comfortable, would have been nice to have a coffee maker, walls are very thin therefore noise from others coming and going. The area by the water was nice to sit and enjoy the view of the water. Be careful walking on the grass....large dog poop was right outside our room on the grass. :( Staff were friendly and helpful."

"The property was clean and bed was comfortable. No cups for coffee’ no Kleenex. I can bring my own if needed but expected these to be provided. My biggest concern was extension cords. There was little access to electrical plugs. In order to use the microwave we either put it on the floor to plug it in or get another extension cord. I would unplug the lamps to have access to electrical plugs. "

"This was probably my 4th or 5th time staying at the Bayview Hotel and again it was great! The front desk staff were super friendly & helpful. It's clean. Free breakfast. Pool and a Hottub (plus waterslide if you have kids 👌). Close to everything. It has everything you need in a hotel. It is my go to place to stay when I am in the area. I'll be back!"

"Room was fine. Staff were courteous, especially in helping with the uncooperative TV! All in all our stay was fine, though basic, although the price was "basic" too! So no complaints."

"If you have low expectations you will be fine. Theres nowhere to set any toiletries and theres nowhere to hang towels you intend to use again. The coffee pot is awkwardly placed on top of a microwave on top of a small fridge. The flooring felt dirty so we felt we had to wear shoes inside."

"One hour before my "Free Cancellation" window was set to expire, the property sent a message via the Expedia platform demanding a higher daily room fee. They claimed that the discounted rate—a verified rate for Expedia.ca registered users—had been posted without their approval. Although the property did eventually honor the original rate, the timing of the demand was highly stressful. Communication regarding access was also difficult. I had to text the property to get the lock-box code for...
