"I love this hotel/market and will absolutely be back, but you should know the property backs up to an active railroad and trains pass through at all hours. The building is stunning, and well maintained. It’s a mixed use property with the first floor being a market with food and vendors. The shops are so cute and have such unique items. They offer contactless check in, a private parking garage for a fee, and great in room amenities. Besides the passing trains, the only issues I had were a...

"We've stayed at many different hotels in Fargo and this was the best value for sure! Fantastic pool, very clean rooms, great breakfast. Our only one issue was that the windows are not sound proof at all, so we could hear passing trains throughout the night and snowplows all night that were plowing nearby streets. So that was an issue all three nights we stayed but if it wasn't for the snow plows it would not have been so bad. We will definitely stay again!"

"I'm not picky, but the room was nasty. Sheets were stained and pillow cases looked so old/dirty/used... It was gross. The floor was dirty, bathroom floor had crumbs all over it. You could hear everything outside the room (might've been due to the 1.5" gap at the bottom of the door between the door frame). Wouldn't recommend to anyone I know. "

"The room was not very clean. Hairs in tub, sink, nightstand drawer. Sticky stuff on counter top and floors. Staff was not ovetly friendly. Would not stay again. "

"Excellent hotel! Great set up with the centre atrium. A bit disappointed that they shut off the lights at 11pm but understand as the noise does travel and would be disruptive to guests trying to sleep. Lots of hot tubs and tables/chairs to hang out with friends and family. Super comfy chairs in the middle where we enjoyed our morning coffees. Didn’t love that we needed a key for the pool but I understand the premise. Breakfast had tons of variety and was fresh and delicious. Shout out to Zach...

"Rooms are clean. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. Good amenities for a good price"

"The property wasnt very clean, they are doing renovations at the property,regardless if it is open for business then it should be clean. I had to go to the front desk to get linens for the bed as it was not made. There was no cover on the bathroom exhaust fan & paint on ths bathroom fixtures. The were no towels or a bath mat for the jetted tub. The staff was polite but not very knowledgeable on the property. Maybe once the renovation is completed it wull be different. "

"Arrived to check in and waited at the front desk for 20 mins without assistance before we found a cleaning staff to ask if there was anyone working at the front desk. The televisions in the hotel were not working for our stay. When we asked, staff was aware but provided no info about why or when they would be fixed. Our tub didnt drain at all. We could hear every noise from the rooms next to us and above us. "

"I found everything about Studio 7 absolutely unacceptable.I checked in and checked out again 90 minutes later. The hotel was outdated, rundown and in extreme need of repair and remodeling. The repairs that were done were done by a handyman and not a professional. I would not let an animal spend the night in that hotel much less a human being. I returned to the airport and spent the night on a couch in the lobby before my flight out the next morning. I would like a full refund of my 50 sum...

"Everything has been renovated! The rooms were excellent although my only complaint was that there was too much room under the door so I could hear when there were screamers at night coming in. I had to put towels up agains the door to stop the sound. Other than that it was fantastic. Also, the pool was just right in temperature and the hot tub was hot! (and did not feel dirty) Breakfast was just your normal contintental breakfast that worked well "
