"cool historic property. Just know that your room is going to face a busy major Fargo street, regardless of which room you are assigned. The rooms have no sound proofing. (more on that later). Fargo is a major motorcycle city in the summer, so, traffic and loud bikes, until around sunset, are it seems almost constant. Back to the noise. Staying on the 2nd level, the first level with guest rooms, the sound of the occupant in the room above me was also quite irritating. Whoever had that room...

The sheets are so old that the pockets in the fitted sheets are for the old thin mattresses. It wouldn't be bad if they hadn't also shrunk so much that they were probably 6 inches too small.
