"In its price range, this is by far the best hotel I have stayed at in Vietnam. I will definitely book this hotel again. The room itself is quite large and clean. The AC was in good condition. Several points to consider: 1. A five- to ten-minute walk to the beach. While I am not a beach person, it is good to know options are available. 2. A five-minute walk to Chợ Cồn market, where one can find all kinds of snacks, plus a well-known food court. 3. Plenty of shops and restaurants surround the hotel. 4. Walking distance to the central train station. 5. Great breakfast, with a different hot dish served daily. Same with desserts. My only complaint against the breakfast is that the coffee is not hot enough. Overall, it is a great place to stay. The staff was super nice and very helpful, and they always made you feel welcome."

"Very nice Hotel conveniently located. Had a river view with direct sight of the Dragon Bridge, great to see the fireworks. The Sushi at the roof top was excellent."

"Need more toilet papers. Bathtub needs shower curtain. Hand soap needs to be closer to sink. The breakfast needs more selections for western diners: bacon, sausages, deli meats and cheeses, pastries."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Brilliant Hotel. The hotel itself was very nice, had all the amenities, great room, great beds (we like a firm bed), large lobby area. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection of Asian and Western dishes. The best part of the hotel was the staff who went out of their way to accommodate us, helping with bookings and arranging some travel. Every one of them made us feel so welcome. I would definitely recommend the Brilliant Hotel."
