"Es un lugar mágico"

"Rooms were clean, but a lot of the included equipment like the water equipment (kayaks/paddle boat), large swing, two restaurants were ‘not working.’ Which was a reason we chose this location. The food was excellent, but service slow. The all inclusive breakfast changed locations without notice to the guests- The airport transportation was coordinated ahead of time and when we landed after an early flight, the driver informed us he would be an hour late. Many small/medium inconveniences but...

"Wonderful stay! I can’t recommend Tau House enough! From the moment I checked in, the workers were so accommodating and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the service was just as great. The location is also perfect as you’re close to the center of Guatapé and the rock, but not right in it! Just what I needed for a relaxing stay!"

"Todo hermoso.. atencion 10/10"

"Great staff and amazing service. Very attentive to all your needs!"

"Such a beautiful place. The staff was amazing, Everyone was great super helpful always very kind. The only thing that annoyed me was that they had some guests that weren’t even staying in the hotel filming a music video, that took over the pool and we didn’t get any warning for it. So after we had planned to cool off at the pool after spending the morning at the rock we couldn’t. Other than that the stay was very pleasant."

"Professional and friendly staff"

"If you're looking to escape the hustle and bustle for a few days, this is the perfect place. The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature and wildlife, with a wonderfully peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. The staff were genuinely exceptional, always friendly, welcoming and happy to help. Easy to get to Guatape rock by Tuk Tuk. One tip: don't rely on Google Maps for the final stretch. Follow the directions provided by the hotel and consider taking a tuk-tuk, as recommended. We'd highly...

"Poner extensores de señal wifi, no llega la señal a la habitación y el TV se enciende solo"

"The views are breathtaking. Nature at its best. Breakfast was included and was very tasty. The hot tub was a plus and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. I would definitely return."
