We got our room upgraded for free and the staff was excellent. This resort has gotten really expensive with the new addition but they take care of their hotel guests.

It was just meh. I won't be staying there again. I can stay for the about the same cost at somewhere nicer in Alamosa.

Hot tub and sauna both weren’t working didn’t inform us about it before booking and charged us for one night when we went to stay at a different hotel. Charged us cause they said since they saved us a room, even though there was a max of four vehicles there the whole weekend. DONT STAY HERE
