"Our experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing and fell far below reasonable expectations of cleanliness and service. The room and linens were not properly maintained. The bedding was unclean, and the pillowcases had visible stains, which is entirely unacceptable. In addition, the bathroom facilities were not functional. Both the shower and the sink were clogged, preventing proper drainage. We made multiple requests for assistance, yet no one came to address the issue during our stay....

Clean but probably the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. I.e. the sink is a few feet from the bed and not separated by any sort of wall.
