I liked the boutique feel of this hotel. I was surprised there was no fridge in the room , but other than keeping our water bottles cool, we were fine without one.

Wonderful stay in a great neighbourhood! Great room, comfy bed, yummy restaurant and friendly staff. Easy access to everything on the subway at 79th. Would stay here again!

This is the second time we stay at the Lucerne. Both times have been excellent. The staff from the housekeeping to the doormen and the front desk were the best. So much of what we needed was walking distance and the subway was very close to the hotel. We will be staying there again.

Clean and convenient in the heart of the Upper West Side. However, room was dated - no fridge, very few power outlets and poorly located, noisy a/c. However, the room was clean, staff polite, gym was well equipped and clean.
