They’re doing some maintenance on the elevators but other than that it’s great. I really enjoyed my stay here. Super nice staff- especially housekeeping. Rooms are basically sound proof (couldn’t hear anyone else). Great overall.

Considering it was Christmas time and overpopulated the staff was amazing and extremely attentive. Rooms were comfy and clean. There was shops and restaurants on property which was a plus. Would definitely go back.

The staff was very professional & courteous. The housekeepers were very polite & accommodating. They did a fabulous job. When we come back to NY this is the only place we will stay.

Room was nice, clean & big enough for 2 adults & one teen. Not enough drawers for clothes but not a huge deal. Staff was very friendly & accommodating. Restaurant staff was very pleasant as well. Hotel was a block away from Radio City Music hall & walking distance to Times Square, Central Park, 5th Avenue & Rockefeller Center.

The room is clean, the sofa bed made us comofrtable with 2 kids. Room service are the best though it's a high time due to Christmas season. Receptionist were helpful. And the staff in restaurants are the best. The property is near to attractions, we just walked around to go to places. We enjoyed our stay.
