"We were surprised that the sheets and pillows were provided separately and we had to put them on ourselves. The pillows were low quality and flat. The location is convenient though not walkable to a lift. The pool closes at 19:00 so don’t expect to go after dinner. "

"The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."

"Booking and checking processes were very straightforward. Check in appeared to be between 17.00 and 19.00, so it was quite narrow time window, but I maanaged to make it during that time slot. Receptionist appeared to be very nice and helpful. Though, ability to understand and communicate in French is required.
