"Excellent overnight stay for early next day flight. Staff were great. Friendly and easy to talk to. Shuttle to airport was perfect. Room was clean and comfortable. Parked our car in hotel lot for duration of our trip for a very reasonable fee. When we returned from our trip, called for shuttle and it arrived in 5 minutes. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if needed. "

After checking in and settling into my room, a staff member knocked loudly on my door and, in a very emotional and confrontational way, told me I needed to move my car immediately—like I had done something wrong. I called the front desk to clarify, and instead of resolving the situation professionally, I was told that if I didn’t comply, I would have to leave the hotel. "Had a quick one night stay. I wasnt feeling well so I basically checked in and crawled into bed. Bed was comfy; plenty of tv channels to choose from. Bathroom was clean. Room was clean. "It seems this hotel is more for the “unhoused” population. There was a man who was sitting in the front lobby in his bathrobe reading the paper and every time we saw him he was in his bathrobe walking around inside and out! Also there was no coffee maker in the room and the coffee in lobby was just about room temperature. Their continental breakfast consisted of a basket of granola bars . The room was less than clean and the hall was noisy all night. I’m not sure where the positive reviews...
