"We enjoyed our stay. The hotel and room were clean. The bed had a dial that could make the mattress a little softer, which was very nice. We had a room with a jacuzzi tub which was clean and in good working order. The staff was friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed having a continental breakfast. My only recommendation would be for the hotel to hire a breakfast attendant. "Charming property with delightful rooms. Victorian decor and old world charm. Staff was friendly. No elevator but stairs to second floor were manageable. Beautiful view from 3 sides in the Garden room. Location was convenient to walk to the falls. Bright dining room. Had an excellent dinner and continental breakfast. Would definitely stay here again."
