"The hotel a/c unit rattled in which one could not sleep. I left at 5 AM due to the rattling. Then I was placed near the highway which you could hear. The hotel was not full and why could you not be placed opposite of the hotel. The clerk asked - did you complain. What is the point? You are attempting to sleep. Who wants to get up in the middle of the night to change rooms have someone come in to take a look in the middle of the night. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone."

"Overall a great stay.Breakfast was delicious, the free cookies are very delicious. It’s just time to remodel. You can see some of the fixtures in the bathroom are old. "

"The stay was great. Quiet. Enjoyable. Breakfast buffet was good. Although no bacon..but enjoyable nonetheless. I was upset that i was authorized 87.00 at check in when i was only advised 40.00. My room charges were prepaid..so i would have like to have clarification. In fact i wasnt even told. I happen to see the authorization on my banking app. Other than that, i would book again..as the property is located in the thick of shopping and its a nice neighborhood. "

"We stayed at the Graduate Hotel in Dallas and felt the room rate itself was reasonable. Our room with two queen beds was comfortable, but surprisingly there was no closet, which made it difficult to hang clothes or stay organized. We also had ants in the room near the beds and on the table. We reported it and were told the issue would be addressed, but unfortunately we still saw ants the next day. Valet parking was also very expensive, especially since the cars are simply parked around the...

"Shower mat is stained, bed sheets stained, toilet paper roll was almost empty upon arrival, coffee was gone at 8:15am. "

"Our room was very clean and housekeeping stopped by almost daily, which is unheard of these days. There was fruit infused water, coffee and cookies offered every afternoon in the lobby, which was appreciated. The hotel is very updated as well. The breakfast had great hot offerings. Regarding the rooms, the bathroom was spacious and there was comfortable furniture. Towels were a bit crispy and the bed linens could be softer, though. The location was convenient to highways as well as shopping...

"The best location with a lot to do near bye. It felt safe, clean, and comfortable. My only complaint would be the first room we were put in, the A/C was broken but the front desk manager immediately moved us. He was very kind and professional."

"This is supposed to be a luxury hotel and that was not the experience. The rooms were fine, but nothing more elevated than a Holiday Inn Express. An hour and a half to get brunch (open seating) when there were only 12 people in the restaurant. No manager. No bartender. There was a noisy party in the restaurant who would not be escorted out to the lobby - they were not patrons. Wait staff was not trained in even the simplest of procedures (pour water in the water glasses; bring everyone's food...

"We were so thrilled to stay in an elegant hotel that feels warm, cozy and authentic. We had breakfast on the patio outside which was lovely and food was delicious. Pool is well appointed and the staff is extremely attentive and friendly! We plan to return!"
