"Check in was smooth and fast. The staff throughout the hotel always said hello and asked how our stay was. The room was spotless and we enjoyed the sitting area for reading or conversations. "While I love this hotel, the maid service sometimes skip my room. I was flabbergasted when I returned from running errands and my trash was still piled up, bed not made, and the room in disarray.
