"Mattress was beyond worn out. Springs sticking in our backs. Made squeaking sounds every time you moved. We stayed three nights. Our backs and bodies are now regretting it."

"I booked this trip through Expedia and paid for it beforehand. The hotel ended up triple charging me the deposit (which I ended up getting back.) But they also charged me for the stay as well. Ive emailed and submitted screenshots of the double payments, bank statements, etc, and still have not gotten my refund. This was in April, and its now end of June. Will never stay here again. Be weary booking this place through Expedia. First time Ive ever had this issue, so Im thankful. But still...

"Don’t reserve a room if you don’t know for sure your travel plans are definite. We had a reservation as we were flying from Dallas. The flight got cancelled early in the day and weren’t able to come in that day. So we called and no one ever answered the phone. I called several times and Expedia called several times with no luck. After several hours later Expedia finally got thru and the hotel denied the cancellation and denied the request for a refund. This was totally out of my control and the...

"We always stay at this hotel while visiting family in Dayton. Staff is always friendly, the hotel is clean, only downfall is the last 2 visits the pool has been closed both times so the kids were disappointed. Other than that it’s always been a great experiences"

"Booked this room online, couldn't even stay in the room. Went to a different hotel. When I went to look over the room after checking in: the room was dirty, the air conditioner didn't work and there was a funny smell through the whole hotel. Was told they'd clean the room and get the air conditioner working before I got back a couple of hours later. Went and found another place to stay, when I came back to return keys and cancel my stay, they still hadn't cleaned the room and the air...

"Stay 5 days. Breakfast wasnt that great. Had to ask every day to have room cleaned and/or sheets changed. Bathroom not that clean. Tub was slimy on bottom when taking shower. Had to wear flip flops to take a shower. This was first time staying at a Holiday Inn and it will be my LAST. Would not recommend especially this location."

"We have traveled a lot in this property in Dayton leaves a lot to be desired. The floor had paint drops on it. The door to the bathroom would not close without slamming it. The toilet paper dispenser was on the floor in the back of the toilet area. There was no Kleenex in the Kleenex box besides one piece. Also, whoever cleaned the room did a very poor job because we found next to the bed a THC vape on the floor. It’s a good thing children were not put in this room.The breakfast tasted awful and...
