"Brilliant location, less than five minutes from the train station and easy walk into the old town. Great storage for a small room. Would just suggest refillable amenities and more towel racks. Afternoon tea/coffee station a nice touch."

"We had a wonderful stay, the location was perfect, the hotel had great views facing Lake Annecy and the mountains, the little cafe in the lobby had a good selection of food, breakfast was amazing as was the dinner. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, with a modern decor."

Il faut alors transporter les valises et l,accès n,est pas facile. Des stationnements sont situés tout près et un rabais est offert par l,hôtel."

"No a/c! I booked based on advertised air conditioning; however, I arrived to discover it’s not available in April! Even though it’s close to 80F! I think guests should be able to have a/c when it’s hot. Quite frustrating."

"Fantastic location being walkable to restaurants, cafes, all the gorgeous sights and the train station. We stayed in a ‘Deluxe room, with lakeside terrace’ - the room was spacious with a comfy bed, good sized bathroom with toiletries and plenty of storage in the bathroom. We loved sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine in the late afternoon watching the world go by below. "Everything was great. Not necessary to wear a mask in the airport shuttle or at reception as indicated in the email to me twice before check in date. Also did not need to preschedule my breakfast time as email stated. Staff was surprised when I told her what I was told. Aside from these miscommunications, everything great. Good breakfast choices."
