"The property had a great view and a convenient location. The balcony was nice. It is a little loud at night when you have the windows/balcony door open, which we did because it was warm. I appreciated the milk for coffee in the fridge. The coffeeshop across the street is fantastic as well, and the river is right there. "If only the owners would listen to the customer feedback from previous guests! All the same niggling issues stop this from getting g a 5 star rating.
