"I booked an oceanfront room with a jetted hot tub, when I arrived at the hotel I was put in an ocean view room and did not look like the picture from Hotels.com. When I questioned the front desk, they were very pleasant and said they checked for an oceanfront room when I checked in but everything was booked. It was less money but I would have preferred the room in the picture. I’m not sure if it’s Hotels.com advertising the wrong room or the Hotel itself. Overall it is a nice hotel and the staff...

"Check in reception was great. Property great! Everything on resort for entertainment. Only issue I had was my keys didn’t work at check in and I had to wait outside with a newborn for 30 mins until my sister arrived and had to grab new keys because security never came. Other than that, I would stay again."

"The front office staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location to the beach was very convenient. The pool was clean and very cool temperature (which felt great). The property needs an update, but the room was adequate. The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been much improved. The floor was filthy. The area around the property is pretty run down and did not seem safe at night. Would not recommend this area for single females. "

"Check in was easy. The room was excellent , loved the fact we had plenty of moving around room. Plenty of towels, dishes and kitchen utensil. Furniture was comfortable and clean. My 3 star on commutation was because there was no mention of the parking . The sign on the garage had a bush covering it so if you were not straight in front of it you could not see it. Although the parking pass was on the fridge, again no mention of the location of the garage."

"The swimming pools were all very clean and the areas around them were also very clean. Loungers were nice. The large eye on the stove didn't work and the tile floor was slippery. overall it was a nice stay and I would book this condo again."
