In addition I was told that they charged me for a second room and they wouldn't refund my money, it was all their mistake! Hot tub needs to be scrubbed, the inside had dirt stuck to the walls of it, filthy!"

My one complaint is that the hotel has a posted notice that the water is not safe to drink my infants due to the high level of nitrates, and yet they wanted to charge $2 for a bottle of water. This seems like an easy accommodation to offer one or two free bottles of water to each guest."
