"The hotel itself needs to be updated, very poor condition and the room was less than welcoming. Bathroom was not cleaned properly, and bedding had stains and rips. Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying there."

"On the Expedia website it lists this property having shuttle service to downtown Nashville and airport shuttle which the hotel does not provide. They have no shuttle at all so if you're needing this accommodation choose another hotel. When asking the hotel they acknowledge it states that on the site but basically did nothing or even help with alternatives or compensate for false advertisement. The breakfast is ok but potatoes each day were mostly hard, eggs dried out, and food needed heated up...

"I could tell the room had not been vacuumed in quite a while, and there were a hair or two in the shower. We were supposed to have 2 queen beds but actually had 1 queen and 1 full size I believe. One bed was smaller than the other. Other than that it was a nice stay. Breakfast was good, and stocked well and the staff were helpful."

"Had to move rooms, due to very strong weed smell, the lady at the desk was very helpful, moved us to suite on 1st floor. Whole hotel smells of weed, room seemed ok but not the best, old needs some TLC, can hear everything in halls, door does not seal, very disappointed as we stayed here due to Trip Advisor reviews, we will not be back"

"When we checked in our room the door to the hall way would not lock. You could push it open with your hand. The staff laughed at us about the security of the room. We were staying for 3 nights. My spouse is a Carpenter by trade. He put a Screw Driver under the door frame so the door would lock. The jetted tub did not work. It did not have a plug to fill it up.
